Long March for recording peaceful.

Long March for recording peaceful protest not to create law and order: Aitzaz Ahsan.
MULTAN: President Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Aitzaz Ahsan has said that the lawyers’ fraternity through long march want to register their peaceful protest and not to create any law and order situation in the capital.

Talking to media men here at Circuit House on Wednesday, the President SCBA clearly stated that main aim of long march is to restore the judiciary and the obstacles created by the rulers are an unjust step.

He said that it was stated by Co-Chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari that the participants of the long march would receive a nice treatment but the capital has been sealed by placing the containers.

President SCBA said that some PPP leaders had assured their participation in the long march, adding that the march would have been yield positive results, if they were participated.

Aitzaz Ahsan emphasized that there would be no investment in the country if judiciary was not restored, adding that the people of the country also want independent judiciary as the future of their children dependents on the independent judiciary.

Deposed judge Lahore High Court (LHC), Jahangir Arshad while talking to media men has termed the lawyers’ movements as the movement of the people of the country as they want independent judiciary.

Justice Jahangir Arshad further stated that he has no regret by refusing Provincial Constitutional Order (PCO) as it is a order of a one man.
