Asghar Khan case: Aslam Beg files review petition.

The petition has been filed by advocate Ali Zafar on behalf of Ex-army chief Aslam Beg. Former army Chief Mirza Aslam Beg filed review petition against the Supreme Court order in Asghar Khan case on Wednesday. The petition has been filed through advocate Ali Zafar. In his petition, Beg stated that he was declared guilty without being given a chance to prove his innocence.
The petition further said that the former army chief was not involved in the process of distribution of cash among politicians and requested for the Supreme Court’s verdict on the issue to be declared as void.
Earlier on Saturday, the federal government had filed a review petition challenging the Supreme Court’s verdict in the Asghar Khan case.

  2. It's about the army generals involved in dirty politics, like Aslam Baig, played a negative role in regard to assist the politicians of their own choice by offering them bribes to obtain own vested interests. These so called elites must brought to justice and be punished according to law of the land so in future no army personnel dare break the consitutional values of our beloved country. They must be tried in civil and army courts simultaneously. They must be declared as criminals involed in toppling civilian governments elected by the people of Pakistan.God Bless my beloved country and it's people!
