CJP Iftikhar Chaudhry due in Hyderabad on 18th oct. 08.

HYDERABAD: Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, deposed Chief Justice of Pakistan, will arrive here and address Bar on October 18, 2008.
High Court Bar Association Hyderabad has invited Justice Chowdhry to address the bar. This was informed in a meeting of HBA Hyderabad, which was held here on Wednesday under chair of its president Kazi Abdul Sattar.
The meeting was attended among others by vice president Abdul Rehman Shaikh, joint secretary Ayaz Tunio and library secretary Javed Bukhari. It was decided in the meeting that Justice Iftikhar Muhammad would address lawyers of Hyderabad on 18 October 2008 on invitation of HBA Hyderabad. In this regard a representative meeting of lawyers was summoned in Hydeabad on Thursday, which was to be attended by representatives and office bearers of High Court Bar Hyderabad, Hyderabad district bar, HC bar Karachi, Malir bar, Mirpurkhas, Tando Adam, Badin, Sanghar, Nawabshsh, Thatta, Kotri, Matiari, Tando Allahyar and Tando Muhammad Khan bars.
Spokesman of HCB Hyderabad Sultan Shaikh said that the lawyers would boycott court proceedings of all courts including high court on Thursday as usual for the demand of restoration of CJP Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.—Agencies
