ISLAMABAD: Spokesman deposed Chief Justice Athar Minallah has stated that regarding the past of the incumbents, he believes in the restoration of sacked Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudry, “The Day, when he will assume his charge in Court-1 of the Supreme Court”.
While talking to Online here Sunday, he said that the Incumbent Government has lost its integrity, as it has backed out from its written pledges thrice, so “We don’t believe on any statement from the Government and restoration of Iftikhar Chaudry will be believed, when he will sit in Court-1 of the Supreme Court”.
He further stated that in the past the nations was befooled and deceived, but the masses have awakened now and they will participate with zeal and zest for the restoration of sovereign judiciary urging Government would be responsible for any kind of trouble, if they tried to mishandle the situation during long march.
