Aitzaz says President enjoys immunity while in office.

Aitzaz Ahsan has said President Zardari enjoys immunity in Pakistan and Switzerland as well.
PPP leader and counsel for the PM in contempt case against Gilani, Eitzaz Ahsan has said contempt of court could not be applied in NRO implementation case.
He said accountability courts have also accepted that the president has got the immunity. If the Swiss government doesn’t proceed even after the writing of the letter, it will undermine the Supreme Court which he does not want, said Aitzaz.
He also pointed out writing or not writing letter to the Swiss court was the something. If the decision comes against us, we will go for review petition”, he added.
Cases can be pursued after President Asif Ali Zardari is out of the office, he opined.
