LHC Chief Justice said it is not possible to prosecute deceased generals.
A special writ petition was submitted in the court, demanding to declare treacherous the army generals who occupied government.
When the Chief Justice started hearing of the petition, the counsel for the petitioner said that army generals weakened the country for their vested interests; so they should be declared treacherous.
CJ Azmat Shaikh asked how is it possible to take action against generals who have passed away. The petitioner said that ex-president Musharraf is yet alive, he may be prosecuted.
The court said that case against Musharraf is under trial in Rawalpindi court.
After hearing arguments, the court put off the hearing of the case.
