Arrangements finalized to accord warm welcome to deposed CJP in Quetta.

QUETTA, (APP) : All arrangement have been finalized to accord warm welcome to deposed chief justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on his arrival here on Monday.

The deposed chief justice will visit the provincial capital after 378 days. He had visited his hometown on February 19, 2007 and attended funeral prayers of late civil judge Wahid Durrani, who was killed in suicide blast in civil court.

The deposed Chief Justice of Pakistan will be accompanied with president SCBA Aitazaz Ahsan and other lawyers’ leaders Hamid Khan, Tariq Mehmood, Munir A. Malik and other senior advocates.

Vice chairman PBC Ali Ahmed Kurd, President BHC Bar Association Baz Muhammad Kakar and other Balochistan senior advocates contacted leaders of All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) and leaders of Balochistan Anjuman Tajiran, Govt. Teachers Association, National Welfare Organization, Pakistan Workers Federation, Agriculture Union and students unions for the purpose who assured the lawyers to support and lend cooperation to lawyers for according warm and historic welcome to the deposed CJP in the city on Monday.

Eight committees have been formed including administrative, security and transport to welcome deposed Chief Justice of Pakistan in the city.

Ali Ahmed Kurd has appealed to the people who want political, economic and social justice to welcome Iftikhar Chauadry upon his arrival in the provincial capital on March 31.
