The Lahore High Court has adjourned the hearing of Naeem Lodhi removal case till Jan 18.
LHC Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed resumed the hearing of the case regarding the removal of former Defence Secretary Naeem Lodhi.
The petitioner’s counsel Azhar Saddique told the court that the government tried to hide the facts of memogate case by removing Naeem Lodhi. The government did not follow the rule of law in sacking Lodhi, Azhar added.
The court asked the petitioner are you affected party of the case and remarked if the government sacked any teacher would you file any petition?
The court adjourned the case till 18 January.
